We use the amazing BootyNet Network to try and achieve maximum uptime but sometimes there are problems.
You may be having issues with cell service or broadband for many reasons, here are the common ones
- Planned outages. During a planned outage we may carry important updates to our service or tech
- Unplanned outages. These outages nay be caused by natural causes, power cuts, or cut fiber cables. Our team works around the clock to fix these issues as soon as possible
In a planned outage you may receive a text notifying you of the upcoming outages with the estimated restoration time. But if you arent close to the tower you can check here for the current outages
